Preparation steps

Dough preparation: combine flour, yeast, sugar, and milk. ⏱ 15 min. Reference: dough is elastic and not sticky.

Filling preparation: finely grate the zest and peel the oranges, cut into pieces. ⏱ 10 min. Reference: oranges without excess juice.

Forming the cinnabons: roll out the dough, spread butter, sprinkle with sugar and zest, add oranges. ⏱ 15 min. Reference: even layer of filling.

Baking: place on a baking tray and bake at 180°C. ⏱ 30 min. Reference: golden crust.
