Preparation steps

Cut the chicken into medium pieces, the onion into half-rings, the carrot into strips, and the pepper into slices; mince the garlic. Sear the chicken over high heat until lightly browned. Time: 18 min.

Remove the chicken, sauté the onion, carrot and pepper until tender. Add garlic, tomato paste and paprika, and cook briefly. Return the chicken, add bay leaf and water or stock. Time: 17 min.

Cover and simmer over low heat until the chicken is cooked through. Mix the flour with a few spoonfuls of warm sauce, add it together with the sour cream and stir until smooth. Time: 30 min.
