Strawberries and cream
A classic summer dessert combining fresh sweet berries and delicate cream, reminiscent of the famous strawberries and cream service at Wimbledon. Minimum ingredients, maximum flavor: the natural sweetness of the strawberries is highlighted by lightly sweetened whipped cream. Individual servings in dessert bowls or small glasses look elegant but are prepared in just a few minutes, perfect for a hot day.

Preparation steps

Prepare the strawberries — Rinse, pat dry, remove the stems, and halve large berries if needed.

Whip the cream — Chill the cream and bowl, then whip with vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

Assemble and serve — Divide the strawberries between serving glasses, top with whipped cream, garnish with mint, and serve immediately.
