Thanks to quick boiling and adding raw raspberry juice at the end, the mors retains maximum nutrients and the natural taste of raspberries.

Preparation steps

1. Prepare the raspberries — Sort and rinse the berries, then let them drain. Press half of the raspberries through a fine sieve and set the juice aside. Time: 10 min. Indicator: The berries are clean and seedless raspberry juice is ready.

2. Cook the fruit base — Combine the raspberry pulp and remaining berries with water and sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer briefly. Time: 10 min. Indicator: The sugar has dissolved and the drink has a rich raspberry color.

3. Strain and combine — Strain the drink, press the berries well, and mix the liquid with the reserved raspberry juice. Time: 5 min. Indicator: The fruit drink is smooth, seed-free, and full of fresh raspberry flavor.
