Preparation steps

1. Prepare the apricots and jar — Sort and wash the apricots, then sterilize the jar and lid. Time: 20 min. Indicator: The apricots are clean, and the jar and lid are sterilized and dry.

2. Fill the jar and heat — Place the apricots in the jar, optionally add lemon and mint, pour in boiling water, and let them infuse. Time: 25 min. Indicator: The apricots are heated through, and the water has a light fruity aroma.

3. Make the syrup — Pour the infusion into a saucepan, add sugar and citric acid, and bring to a boil. Time: 10 min. Indicator: The syrup is clear, the sugar has fully dissolved, and it has a pleasant fruity aroma.
