Prepare the avocado — Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. ⏱ 3 min. Tip: The flesh should come away from the skin easily.

Chopping the ingredients — Finely chop the onion, dice the tomato, crush the garlic with a garlic press, and chop the herbs. ⏱ 5 min. Guideline: The onion should be chopped into small 2-3 mm cubes.

Mixing — Mash the avocado with a fork until it's like a puree, then add all the ingredients, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. ⏱ 5 min. Guide: The mixture should be smooth with small pieces.
