Preparation steps

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and fry until golden brown.

In a pot, bring coconut milk to a boil. Add Tom Yum paste, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, minced ginger, and garlic.

Add sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and the fried chicken.

Pour in fish sauce, add chili and sugar. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
