Cutting the meat — Rinse and pat dry the turkey fillet. Cut into small pieces measuring 4-5 cm. Time: 5 min. Guideline: Evenly sized pieces.

Marinade — Squeeze the lemon juice, press the garlic through a press. Mix with salt, pepper and paprika. Time: 3 min. Guideline: Marinade is ready.

Marinating — Place the meat in a bowl, pour in the marinade and mix. Place in the refrigerator. Time: 60 min. Guideline: The meat is marinated.

Preparing the breading — Beat the eggs with salt in one bowl. In another, mix flour with salt and pepper. In the third, prepare the breadcrumbs. Time: 5 min. Guideline: Three ready bowls.

Warming the meat — Take the turkey out of the fridge and leave it at room temperature. Time: 20 min. Guideline: The meat is warmed up.

Heating the oil — Pour vegetable oil into a skillet. Heat over medium heat. Time: 3 min. Guideline: The oil is hot, slight smoke.

Breading — flour → egg → breadcrumbs — Remove the turkey pieces from the marinade and pat dry with a paper towel. Coat each piece first in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and then coat in breadcrumbs, pressing them lightly onto the surface. Time: 7–8 minutes. Guideline: the pieces should be completely covered with an even layer of breading.

Frying the nuggets — Place the nuggets in small batches into the heated oil. Fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer the finished nuggets to paper towels to remove excess fat. Time: 8–10 minutes. Guideline: the crust should be golden brown and crispy, and the meat should be completely cooked and juicy, with no pink colour.
