Preparation steps

Prepare the melon and batter — Peel and cut the melon into cubes. Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare the baking pan. Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt, then add milk, oil, and lemon zest. Checkpoint: The egg mixture is fluffy and the liquid ingredients are evenly combined.
