This compote combines sweet melon, lemon, and fresh mint, reminiscent of a summer mojito in a winter preservation format. The drink is semi-transparent, with delicate pieces of melon that taste almost like fresh fruit in winter. Lemon adds a slight acidity and acts as a natural preservative, helping the drink to be stored better.
