Number of servings: 10Cooking time: 2 hDifficulty: EasyMeal: Breakfast

Classic apricot jam is a simple recipe requiring only a few ingredients. Natural preservatives like lemon juice add tartness, preserve vibrant color, and perfectly keep your dessert. The technique of boiling in several stages with cooling allows you to preserve the shape of the apricots, keeping the syrup thick and amber. This method helps avoid overcooking, preserving the texture. This recipe does not require additional thickeners, so the jam acquires a natural color and aroma that will delight you in winter.
