Preparation steps

Marinating the chicken — Mix the sour milk, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place the chicken fillets in the mixture for 30 minutes. ⏱30 min. Guideline: the marinade should be completely absorbed.

Cooking the meat — Fry the meat in a heated pan until golden brown. ⏱ 15 min. Guideline: the meat should be juicy inside.

Chopping the vegetables — Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and cabbage into thin slices. ⏱ 5 min. Guideline: the vegetables should be cut into equal pieces.
