Preparation steps

Prepare the mushrooms — Slice the mushrooms thinly and fry in olive oil for 5 minutes until golden brown. ⏱ 5 min. Guide: the mushrooms will become soft and lose most of their moisture.

Adding the onion — Add the finely chopped onion to the mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes until the onion becomes transparent. ⏱ 5 min. Guide: the onion will become soft and fragrant.

Making the sauce — Add the flour, stir thoroughly, then gradually pour in the coconut milk, stirring to avoid lumps. ⏱ 10 min. Guide: the sauce will thicken.
