Prepare the dough — mix the flour, milk, eggs, salt and 50 g of sugar. Gradually pour in the milk to avoid lumps. ⏱ 10 min. Guideline: the dough should have the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Frying pancakes — fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown in a preheated frying pan lightly greased with oil. ⏱ 15 min. Guideline: the pancake should come off the pan easily.

Prepare the filling — mix the cherries with 50 g of sugar and wait for the juice to be released. ⏱ 5 min. Guideline: the sugar has dissolved and the juice has started to be released.
