Preparation steps

Preparing the jelly — Dissolve the jelly packets in 500 ml of hot water. ⏱ 5 min. Guide: the liquid will become transparent.

Cooling the jelly — Pour into moulds and leave to set in the refrigerator. ⏱ 30 min. Guide: the jelly should be firm to the touch.

Preparing the filling — Peel and chop the kiwis, mix with sour cream and sugar. ⏱ 8 min. Guide: the kiwis should be evenly distributed
