Preparation steps

Prepare the jelly — Mix each packet of jelly with 300 ml of hot water according to the instructions on the packet and chill in the refrigerator until set. ⏱ 60 mins. Guide: the jelly should be completely set.

Preparing the pineapple — Cut the pineapple into small cubes. ⏱ 10 min. Guideline: the pieces should be uniform, like mosaic tiles.

Preparing the cream — Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream and continue whipping. Add the prepared gelatin dissolved in slightly warm pineapple juice. ⏱ 20 min. Guideline: the mixture should be thick and smooth.

Assembling the dessert — Pour the jelly cubes into a mould, add the prepared pineapple and cover with a layer of cream. Leave in the refrigerator to cool. ⏱ 30 min. Guideline: the cream should have time to set.
