Secrets of tenderness and taste
It is important to choose natural yoghurt without flavourings, as this significantly affects the taste of the final product.
Tips on ingredients
Choose jelly with natural colourings to avoid unnecessary chemicals. Also, try reducing the amount of sugar by adding honey instead.
Small culinary nuances
Before pouring the jelly over the yoghurt layer, make sure it has set sufficiently. This will prevent the layers from mixing.
