Preparation steps

Prepare the vegetables — wash and slice them thinly. ⏱ 10 min. Tip: the vegetables should be cut into pieces of the same size.

Frying — place the onion slices in a heated frying pan with olive oil and fry until golden brown. Add the remaining vegetables. ⏱ 10 min.

Simmering — pour the cream over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Allow to simmer for a while. ⏱ 10 min. Guideline: the cream should thicken.

Baking — place the mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown. ⏱ 15 min.
