Preparation steps

Rice cooking — Boil the rice in salted water until almost done. ⏱ 15 min. Indicator: the rice is soft but the grains remain separate.

Meat preparation — Cut pork and one onion into pieces and grind them together using a meat grinder. ⏱ 10 min. Indicator: a uniform meat mixture without large chunks.

Preparing the mixture — Mix cooled rice, meat, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly. ⏱ 5 min. Indicator: mixture is uniform, moist, and easy to shape.

Vegetable cutting — Peel the tomatoes and dice them. Dice the pepper, carrot, zucchini, and the second onion as well. ⏱ 10 min. Indicator: all vegetables are evenly diced.
