Preparation steps

In a saucepan, bring the cream and milk to a boil.

Add the chocolate and stir with a whisk until completely dissolved.

Beat the yolks with sugar into lush foam.

Pour the eggs in a thin stream into the stew pan.

Simmer until thick.

Pour the resulting cream into a deep bowl and cover with cling film.
