Defrosted Beef Liver

Onion

Khutorok Wheat Flour 1kg

3 tbsp

Molokija Milk 2.5% 870g

200 ml

Moryachka Natural Food Sea Salt 500g

to taste

Pripravka Ground Black Pepper 50g

to taste

Oliyar Refined Sunflower Oil 1l

for frying

Preparation steps

Liver preparation: clean the liver, rinse under water, and cut into pieces.

Mixing: blend the liver with the onion, then add milk, egg, flour, salt, and pepper.

Forming: shape small cutlets from the mixture.

Frying: heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
