Preparation steps

Put a frying pan on medium heat and heat oil on it. Put the cumin there and fry for 30 seconds to reveal its aroma.

Add the pre-diced potatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Season with spices and fry for another 2 minutes.

Chop the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add the previously thawed green beans, finely chopped tomato and tomato puree. Stir and cook for a few more minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Add lime juice and simmer until tender. Enjoy your meal!
