Soy sauce is used as dressing almost in all dishes of Chinese cuisine. As a result we have a healthy and tasty dish.

Ingredients

Chicken breast

350 g.

Red bell pepper

100 g.

Green pepper

200 g.

Onion

100 g.

Carrots

150 g.

Soy sauce

5 tbsp.

Olive oil

1 tbsp.

Sugar

1 tsp.

Preparation steps

Wash the chicken breasts, dry the meat and cut it into pieces.

Peel the onions and cut into pieces

Wash the bell pepper and also cut into strips.

Wash the carrot, peel and cut it into big rings.

Preheat the pan before pouring olive oil into it. After the oil heats up, put chicken pieces in the pan. Fry  about 2-3 minutes and don't stop stirring, until meat begins to become white and partially brown.

Add carrots, onions and then pepper step by step with 2-3 minutes intervals in the pan stir all the time. Fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, not allowing the contents of pan to stew.

Combine soy sauce and sugar until sugar dissolves.

Pour the sweet soy sauce to the pan and fry its contents for about 2-3 minutes.
