Preparation steps

Cut salmon on small cubes and spray them with olive oil if needed.

Salt some California cream cheese, adding some zest of a lemon in a different bowl.

Peel and cut an avocado, add grapefruit juice, pepper and mix everything till it turns into a homogeneous mass.

Put everything into a beautiful cocktail glasses in such an order: California cream cheese, avocado cream, salmon. Decorate it with some capers
