
Corn under cheese sauce

Ingredients
Frozen corn cob halves
100g
Feta 30%
30g
Lime
1-2pcs
Ultra pasteurized cream 35%
1tbsp
Whole blanched hazelnut
1tbsp
Milled dried coriander
to your taste
Paprika
to your taste
Food Sea Salt, grinding №0

Preparation steps

Let’s cook the sauce: we put feta in a pot and pour cream. Stir it while boiling till it dissolves.

Corn is to be defrosted as on the package instructions accordingly. Fry on a grill pan without any oil, 2 minutes on every side.

When the corn is ready, squirt it with lime juice. Before serving it is sprinkled with previously fried and grind hazelnut. Pour with sauce and add spices. Bon appétit!
