BBQ Chicken with Chili Lime Corn
Grilled chicken turns out to be even more useful than boiled, because its valuable substances do not go into the broth! At the same time it is tastier than just fried chicken. Moreover, if you add some corn with chili-lime paste as a side dish, then it will turn out super bright and exotic! Cooking BBQ chicken according to the recipe of Ilya Semin, who’s the chef of the Tin Tin restaurant, can be done both outdoors and at home on a special grill pan.
