
Panna-cotta with Gorgonzola сheese

Ingredients
Ultra pasteurized milk 1,5%
400ml
Ultra pasteurized cream 30%
200ml
Gelatin
7g
Honey of different herbs
1tbsp
Gorgonzola cheese
70g
Chopped blanched almond
to your taste
Mint
to your taste
Preparation steps

Soak gelatin in water.

Mix milk, cream and honey in a pot. Let it boil and cook it on light fire 2-3 minutes. Take it of the fire and let it cool a bit.

Chop some cheese and melt it inside the cream and milk mixture. Add gelatin. Mix it until homogeneous mass.

Pour in a ceramic forms or glasses and leave in a fridge for a night. Before serving decorate with mint and almond.Bon appetite!
