Preparation steps

Slice chicken fillet, but not completely, so it should look like a pocket. Fillet wrap in plastic film and pund it.

Cut tomatoes into circles and put inside the meat. Add basil leaves, salt and peppe.

Remove the film and put stuffed fillet down on a hot pan, fry on both sides for 5 minutes.

Put mashed potatoes in a special form on a plate, lay on the top the crispy fillet. Fillet must be cut into two part.

Put greens on the fillet. Sprinkle it with olive oil.
