
Chicken in a Cream-Mushroom Sauce
Chicken with mushrooms is a classical dish in cooking, that managed to unite lightness and nutritional value. Cream is a delicious adding to the match, that gives delicacy and aroma to the dish. Cook it when you want ordinary and simple dinner.

Spela Frozen Sliced White Mushrooms 300g

Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken fillet, dry, cut it into small pieces. Salt and pepper them on both sides, put in a bowl and fill with a combination of soy sauce and olive oil.

Put chicken on a preheated pan and stir-fry it until golden brown.

Lay out the chicken and let the oil drain out of it.

Put the onion in the pan where the chicken was fried. Passer it about 1-2 minutes. Add cut white mushrooms then and roast them over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Add some salt, pepper and flour to mushrooms. Shuffle them. Pour in the broth, cream and sour cream, mix and cover by lid and wait until it boils.

When the sauce boils, put fried fillet in and stew it about 20 minutes. Bon appetite!
