Preparation steps

Cooking noodles: boil it according to the instructions on a package.

Cooking sauce: mix soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger.

Chop some onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic and broccoli. Heat oil in a wok on a middle fire. Adding chopped vegetables step by step, adding some salt to your taste. Cook until the golden color of mushrooms.
