Homemade Butter

Preparation steps

Fry finely chopped bacon in a dry frying pan until crisp. We transfer it to a deep bowl.

Fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add butter to them.

Add mayonnaise and sour cream to the mixture. We mix.

Mix the grated cheese and bread crumbs.

Put in a mold and sprinkle with cheese mixture.

Put the pieces of butter.

Bake at 180 ᵒС for 18–20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
