
Meatballs with vegetables and rice

Onion

Mixture peppers

Ratatouille

Preparation steps

To form meatballs - peel and cut onions as small as possible, combine minced meat, onion and spices in a bowl, mix well and beat.

Wet hands to form small meatballs 4-5 cm in diameter, fry for 3-4 minutes on each side in a roasting pan.

Reduce heat, add Ratatouille, cover, leave on for 15 minutes.

Separately boil rice with salt and saffron.

Put rice, meatballs and vegetables in a plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bon appetit!
