Preparation steps

Pumpkin we use raw, we do not pre-cook - so we store more of its vitamins and trace elements. Beat it in a blender with two yolks.

At the moment when the mass becomes homogeneous, add cereal, banana and continue to beat, after 5 minutes add cheese.

Separately whisk two proteins to thick foam. Carefully combine the mixes, add the grated chocolate.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with cream cheese 0%. Bon appetit!
