
Banosh with mushrooms, chickpeas and beetroot baked in sea salt

Cream champignons

Preparation steps

Stir the sea salt packing with 1⁄2 cup water and pour the beets (not cleaned) into the baking dish, place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a warmed pan, fry sliced mushrooms (5-6 minutes).

Without reducing the temperature, add the onion and chickpeas (pre-pour water from the jar), salt and black pepper, reduce heat to medium, stirring thoroughly, frying for 10 minutes.

Boil corn in salted water, put in a plate, add chickpeas with chickpeas, cheese and cubed beets. Bon appetit!
