Goat cheese with a fresh smell, a delicate creamy taste inside and a piquant taste at the crust, covered with a light noble mold. Natural, white goat logs covered with a layer of fruit tree ash. Fruit ash is an absorbent of toxins and all kinds of harmful substances. As it matures, it becomes denser inside with a more delicate texture along the edge, near the crust.
