Organic product. A wine made from a blend of white Macabeo, Chardonnay and Xarello grapes grown in the Cava region of Spain. Cava is a sparkling wine made by the classical method without adding sugar to the dosage. The sparkling wine is lime green in color. Small, abundant bubbles and a persistent thick mousse. The aroma is fresh with notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers, pineapple, pear and bread crust. The taste is delicate and pronounced, moderate crisp acidity, creamy notes, green apples, toasty and a long and persistent citrus flavor. Goes well with Asian cuisine, seafood, grilled seafood and white meat.
