Ryazhenka thermostatic 4% is a natural fermented milk product made in a tank, which reproduces the traditional Ukrainian oven and gives a unique homemade taste. After pasteurization, a starter is added to the milk, after which an automated filling process into consumer containers takes place. Then the product is sent to a thermostatic chamber, where at the temperature of the starter operation with an exposure of up to 12 hours, the fermentation process takes place. The formation of a clot occurs directly in the container that you see in the store. Such a real folk method of cooking allows you to get a uniform glossy and dense structure of the product, making it thick and tasty.
