Villa Milk baked milk is produced in a thermostatic process. After pasteurization, a starter is added to the milk, after which an automated process of bottling into consumer containers takes place. Then the product is sent to the thermostatic chamber, where the fermentation process takes place at the temperature of the starter with a holding time of up to 12 hours. Clot formation occurs directly in the container you see in the store. The milk fat content is 4%. The shelf life is 14 days.
