Try Estonian bread from our special collection of Breads of the World. Real wheat custard bread made with live rye sourdough. Enriched with flattened rye grain, because rye is the basis of Estonian breads. To emphasize its Baltic character, we add potato flakes to this bread, because potatoes are considered one of the staple foods of the Estonian table. Barley malt extract and natural cane syrup “Leipomo” give the taste of our “Estonian” a noble sweetish note.
