O'Brian is a triple distilled Irish whiskey aged for at least 3 years in bourbon and sherry barrels. It is made from Irish ingredients: grain, spring water and barley. Triple distillation results in a fresh and tender product with a unique soft, refined and elegant taste. The main difference between this drink and the Scottish one is the lack of peat flavor and aroma, due to the fact that barley is dried without contact with peat smoke.
