Preparation steps

Dough preparation — Mix yeast with warm milk and wait until it activates. Then add flour and the rest of the ingredients. ⏱ 30 min.

Forming — Roll out the dough, spread melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon, then evenly place the cherries on top. ⏱ 15 min.

Rolling — Roll the dough into a log and cut it into 5 cm pieces. Let them rise on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. ⏱ 45 min.

Baking — Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. ⏱ 30 min.
