Product description from producer
This chocolate bar is made from Tanzanian cocoa beans from small farmers in the Kilombero Valley, adjacent to the Udzungwa Mountains National Park. The cocoa is fermented at the Kokoa Kamili social enterprise, where 700 farmers grow the organic product. The flavour profile is apple, plum, apricot.
