Description

Smetankovy cheese from the Como trademark is made from selected cow's milk using a special technology. It has a rich fermented milk taste, delicate aroma, firm consistency with evenly spaced small holes on the cut. Sour cream cheese is perfect for preparing delicious salads and snacks. It goes well with fruits, morning coffee and white wines.

Ingridients

Normalized cow's pasteurized milk (whole cow's milk, skimmed cow's milk), table salt, hardening agent calcium chloride, dye natural annatto extract, preservatives (potassium nitrate, natamycin), using fermenting preparations (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria) and a milk-coagulating enzyme preparation of microbial origin (chymosin).
