Ingridients

Cow's milk normalized pasteurized (cow's milk whole, cow's milk non-fat), salt, hardening agent calcium chloride, natural color annatto extract, preservatives (potassium nitrate, natamycin), with the use of starter preparations (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria) and milk-clotting enzyme preparation of microbial origin (chymosine). May contain walnut particles.
