Ingredients

• Pasteurized normalized cow's milk (whole cow's milk, skimmed cow's milk), table salt, walnut kernels (1.8%), calcium chloride hardening agent, "walnut" food flavoring, dye natural extract annatto preservatives (potassium nitrate, natamycin), with the use of fermenting agents (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria) and milk-enzymatic preparation of microbial origin (chymosin).
