Description

One of the most popular and favourite rye-wheat breads in Ukraine. We make it with rye sourdough starter and rye scalded flour which help reveal the special flavor of three flours blend. Rye malt completes the recipe due to which this bread has sour-sweet taste familiar from childhood.
We recommended croutons made of Darnitsky Bread to complement the rich soup with meatballs.

Ingridients

Rye flour, wheat flour of the highest grade, wheat flour of the second grade, drinking water, baker's yeast, pressed baker's yeast, salt, fermented rye malt.
This product contains gluten (a plant protein found in wheat and rye grains).
