Description

Yagotinskaya sour cream is made from fresh natural cream of different fat content - 15% and 20%. It has a homogeneous, moderately thick consistency and a pure sour milk flavor with a delicate aroma.
Like all Yagotinskoe products, Yagotinskoe Butter Plant produces sour cream using modern closed-cycle equipment from world manufacturers, which excludes direct hand contact with the product during its production. The entire production cycle - from receiving milk at the plant to the packing of the final product - takes place in a closed regime without human intervention.
Sour cream is a very tasty and healthy product. Add sour cream to borscht, pancakes, dumplings and use as a salad dressing.
