Kefir TM "Yagotynskoe" is a fermented milk product, unique in its qualities, containing beneficial microorganisms and substances that are formed as a result of milk fermentation. At the Yagotynsky Butter Factory, kefir is produced on modern closed-cycle equipment from world manufacturers, which excludes direct hand contact with the product during its production. The entire production cycle - from receiving milk at the plant to packaging finished products - takes place in a closed mode without human intervention. Kefir TM "Yagotynskoe" is ready to use and will delight you with its fresh fermented milk taste and smooth, soft texture. Kefir is also an excellent base for fruit and vegetable smoothies, healthy desserts, cold soups, pancakes and pancakes, sauces and dressings, as well as barbecue marinades.

Ingridients

Skimmed cow's milk, whole cow's milk, pure cultures of lactic acid bacteria using kefir grains.
