Basturma Classic of Beef TM Myasnaya Guild - is a beef jerky produced from beef meat. To prepare basturma, the fresh tenderloin is salted, rubbed with salt, put under a special press to remove excess moisture and give it a shape suitable for cutting. Then put into a mixture of garlic, grinded red and black pepper and spice uckha suneli which has the consistency of liquid dough. In this form, the meat scraps are hung out to dry.
