The cheese is made from fresh milk, which we collect ourselves every day from farms that are close to the production. The taste of hard cheese "Maasdamer" is a type of Swiss semi-hard cheese with large holes, it has a delicate sweet taste with nutty notes. This cheese has large round holes due to the peculiarities of the technological process of its production. The cheese is perfectly combined with fruits, salads, fondue and other dishes, and also tastes great with young Muscat semi-sweet wine, with fruity red wine.
